The name for this private one bedroom beachhome comes from the magnificent old anchor that the owner found while diving off of Barkley Sound. Its resting place is now a focal point next to the cedar deck and its comfortable cedar rocking chairs.

This intimate beachside home comes with all the comfortable amenities one could hope for. The tasteful interior features include slate tile entry, Douglas fir edge-grain flooring, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, a fully equipped open galley kitchen and a Jacuzzi soaker tub to pamper oneself after an invigorating beach walk.

All this complemented by such personalized details as handmade furniture, linens and towels, candles, TV on cable, VCR/DVD, and CD player.

Only a short stroll to sandy Chesterman Beach, the Anchor can comfortably accommodate 2 - 4.

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total.  The balance along with a security/damage deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque & cash.

Upon receipt of deposit a written confirmation will be sent. 

Cancellation Policy

30 days prior to arrival for return of deposit less $50.
Less than 30 days forfeits deposit.
